This assignment came about as I met with Langley House Trust to consider how they might update their image and their annual review. These portraits of their service users - ex-offenders, recovering drug and alcohol users, and mental health sufferers, along with their stories, now form the basis of all their communications. The annual review was launched at the House of Lords in October 2013.
